We had a wonderful experience with Gloria Tsau during a recent showing. She was punctual and very responsive with her communication leading up to it. Given the short and limited time available due to numerous parties scheduled for the viewings, she answered all the questions we had for her regarding the property. Once we submitted our application, she was again extremely fast in processing various checks and references along with communicating the status with us every step of the way.
